Role Details:
- Take the reins in managing our upstairs restaurant/bar and terrace, navigating the unique challenges of one of Chicago's busiest hotels.
- Dive into the action with a hands-on approach, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our dedicated staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Role Requirements:
- YOU bring at least 3+ years of current floor management experience in a high-volume hotel F&B, Beverage manager or a combination of lead bartender to the table.
- Lead by example, fostering a collaborative environment where teamwork and excellence thrive.
- Navigate guest interactions with finesse, armed with top-notch communication and emotional intelligence.
- Shake up our bar and cocktail operations with your expertise in driving revenue.
- Feel at home in an upscale, yet casual dining environment, where quick thinking and independent decision-making are essential.
Interview Process:

- Top candidates will then meet with the hiring manager and potentially the director of outlets for further evaluation.

Compensation and Quota:
- Competitive salary starting at $70,000.
- Reporting directly to the director of outlets, with support from our hotel manager, you'll have the resources you need to thrive.
