*Job Title:* Senior Vice President - Commercial Lending Division
*Job Summary:*
Alliance Financial Solutions, an innovative and growing mid-market commercial services company (on pace for $5B in funded loans in 2024), is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Commercial Lending Division as a Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending.
This key senior level executive candidate will be responsible for analyzing borrower requests for capital, advise on appropriate loan products for clients, become a conduit between lenders and clients, build and lead credit teams, oversea underwriting of loans, and manage a portfolio of existing loans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in leveraged lending, credit analysis, and deal execution.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Comfortable analyzing commercial loan requests, including, M&A loans, Bridge Loans, Commercial Real Estate Loans, PO/AR/ABL Financing, SBA Loans.
-Spearhead credit teams, overseeing all facets of deal/loan execution, including:
- Loan evaluation and assessment
- Deal structuring and negotiation
- Due diligence and research
- Legal documentation and closing
- Prepare and present loan requests and packages to lending partners, including banks, private lenders, private equity, and hedge funds
- Review and refine investment risk models, including downside scenario analysis
- Collaborate with originators and effectively communicate with brokers, sales associates, financial sponsors and clients
- Mentor and guide credit team members to enhance their skills and expertise
- Oversee the entire credit division
- Hire, coach, and develop employees
- Perform additional duties as assigned
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in leveraged lending, credit analysis, and deal execution
-Experience working $100M+ loans
-Experience with both private & public companies
- Formal credit training preferred
- Experience working with financial sponsors and Diversified Industries
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances

*Compensation and Benefits:*
- Base salary range: $120,000
+ commissions on all funded loans (Total compensation at budget $620,000+/yr)
- Total compensation package may include other elements and discretionary awards
