We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Vice President of Sales and Operations Planning. This leadership position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and leads the Global Demand Planning, Transition Planning, and Weekly SIOP process. The primary purpose of this role is to develop, direct, and enhance iFIT's Demand Planning team and process, on a Global basis in alignment with the strategic vision of the organization. This role will also create and implement the organization's Transition Planning process and team, and to guide and refine the weekly executive SIOP process. They will develop monitoring and methodologies to analyze sales metrics and to provide insights, support decisions, and highlight areas for process improvement.
The successful candidate will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to develop an accurate demand forecast for all SKUs in the designated area of the business. Accountable to provide focus and integration of data from Marketing, Sales, Customer Marketing, and Finance, which are used to develop accurate and timely forecasts supporting Operations, Sales, and Financial Planning. Ensure consistency of forecast assumptions across the business unit, including base business trends, promotional plans, new launch volumes, planogram changes and seasonal volume.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Manage Inventory to achieve 4+ turns of playbook inventory annually
- Improve forecast accuracy to 80%
- Ensure sufficient demand is allocated to SE Asia for market growth
- Manage inventory to achieve an average fill rate of 95%
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and lead iFIT's Global Demand Planning function. Build a global team, design, and implement the processes, and support the planning system implementation
- Develop, recruit and build the team
- Organize the team roles and responsibilities as needed
- Act as a coach, change agent and mentor for team and the broader organization
- Assume traditional managerial responsibilities such as providing feedback, talent development, raises, promotions
- Develop, implement, and refine best-in-class forecasting process by channel and product family as needed (wholesale, E-Comm, retail)
- Integrate statistical analysis with market, NPI, and promotional intel to forecast demand by sales channel and product category
- Understanding and reinforcing manufacturing, marketing and financial processes to link/align with forecasting processes.
- Provide guidance / oversight of SKU level forecasts, to ensure alignment with business direction and consistency with market trends.
- Communicate demand forecast plans and the assumptions behind them through the supply chain.
- Establish and manage SKU level statistical forecasts for their specific area of accountability.
- Gather and incorporate all sources of market intelligence to produce the best possible operational forecast.
- Update and monitor process key performance indicators and diagnostics to ensure continual forecast improvement efforts and prepare written analyses, documentation, reports or other data of a quality requiring minimal supervisory review.
Own and lead iFIT's Global Transition Planning process
- Develop NPI and phase out process, supporting demand and inventory best in class processes

Orchestrate, coordinate, and integrate the transition planning across the Merchandising and Planning functions
Act as an organizational leader, able to coach, mentor, train, and influence stakeholders (sales, marketing, design, finance, manufacturing, customer service, vendors and contract manufacturers, and iFIT Leadership) to maximize the effectiveness of the process
Strengthen a culture of continuous improvement, root cause / corrective actions
Own, lead, and support IFIT's weekly SIOP Process Meetings
- Own and organize the SIOP meetings and process

Support Operations in the development and integration of Supply Planning meetings
Support and co-lead integration of Supply, Inventory, and Financial reconciliation into executive SIOP process with VP of S&OP
Lead and own ICON's S&OP process and the integration of all the E2E planning disciplines to balance supply and demand
- Work closely with the Supply Planning team to identify and resolve changes in the forecast and their impact on the supply chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics, or a similarly analytical discipline is required. Masters/MBA preferred
- A minimum 7–10 years of related experience in global supply chain is required including at least 7 years in a leadership role
- Expertise and experience with international supply chain. Electronics supply chain or experience in durable goods and vendor management would be ideal.
- Strong understanding of Lean operating models and demonstrated command of implementing a Lean toolset across the end-to-end supply chain, but with regard to S&OP in particular.
- Demonstrated competencies in initiative planning, strategic thinking, problem solving, decision making, and delivering results within a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to manage, build relationships and communicate effectively with direct internal and external resources at all levels. This includes the ability to drive change through influence.
