We are seeking an IT Delivery Technician I to join our team in our Chicago office. As an IT Delivery Technician you will be supporting users including configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of user desktop. Systems includes hardware and software.

Job Responsibilities
As an IT Delivery Technician I, you will also be responsible for implementing critical patches, updates and definitions for all applications, software, and OS.
Job Requirements
- 1 – 5 years of relevant experience in the MEP industry.
- Able to communicate with IT clients and appropriately escalate their issues, if necessary, in a timely manner
- Able to coordinate and document resolution with appropriate parties.
- Able to maintain, diagnose and repair computers within established guidelines.
- Able to solve problems.
- Able to travel if necessary.
- Able to work after hours and weekends when needed.
- Expert level ability to respond and perform complex diagnostic, maintenance and repairs on systems and peripherals locally and remotely.
- Extremely flexible travel availability

- Valid US driver's license
- Good organization skills
- IT Trade School Participation or Equivalent in work related experience.
- Requires an in-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems on the server and client side.
