Seeking EXPERIENCED (minimum two years) and PROFESSIONAL candidate to assist the General Manager and support team of a Super Regional Shopping Center - (The Plant) located in San Jose, CA boasting a tenant roster which includes Home Depot, Target, Ross, Ulta, Best Buy, PetSmart, Applebees, Starbucks, Panera Bread and many other national brands.
Required skill-set is not limited to the following: excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluid in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with Yardi accounting software; invoice coding in Yardi system; vendor contract negotiation/administration; lease administration; event planning; marketing & promotions experience; assist w/ financial reporting; assist w/budget preparation, CAM Reconciliations & CAM estimates; gross sales & percentage rent administration; A/R reporting & rent collection including calls & demand letters; assist in reviewing monthly Tenant billings; coordinate project access for brokers, lenders, tenants, appraisers & vendors; actively participate in operations meetings; prepare vendor and service provider contracts on company template; conduct quarterly property inspections; on call for property emergencies; assist with move ins/outs; utility set up, tracking, calculations & payment processing; assist w/ Tenant chargebacks & billing; documenting risk/insurance claims on incident report; ability to multitask & handle interruptions professionally; strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; Competitive compensation and incentive package. Reports to & accountable to the General Manager.

- Excellent customer service experience: MINIMUM 2-3 years as a Commercial Assistant Property Manager (Required)
License/Certification:
