Working on the team you will be able to make up to $50,000 in addition to income generated from your own sales with a team who puts their focus on education. As a licensed agent actively helping clients buy and sell real estate, you will need to possess the following:
Qualifications and Experience
- Highly professional, reliable, adaptable, and intuitive.
- Proactive in reaching out with questions or improvements.
- Self-driven, and seeks to improve processes. Not afraid to make suggestions. Highly effective problem solver.
- Detail-oriented with a high aptitude for absorbing information and applying that information in a professional environment.
- Skilled at customer service; high emotional intelligence; ability to walk through and resolve difficult conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions, often under the pressure of one or more deadlines.
- Ability to immediately move your license to WestBound Realty.
- Very strong project management and customer service skills
- A good fit professionally within the team.
In order to perform your work effectively, we also require that you have the following:
- A reliable, show-ready vehicle (detailed and cleaned regularly)
- A laptop
- A cell phone
- A mobile hotspot
- Reliable home internet
- Ability to work remotely
- Availability to work varying hours (including weekends and evenings), growing as the market demands
- Live within 45 minutes of downtown Golden
As a new team member, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Showing homes to potential buyers and preparing properties for listing
- Communicate, refine, and manage MLS matches daily for all clientele, including potential leads.
- Work with third party vendors, including showing services, other agents, and property owners.
- Promptly and proactively respond to all client phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Educate buyers and sellers about the home buying and listing processes, especially in a competitive environment.
- Act as a traffic controller, keeping the team apprised and informed of ongoing client developments.
- Write, proofread, and submit contracts.
- Manage and coordinate under contract transactions.
- Act as a liaison on behalf of the team to provide the highest quality of excellence in professional service to clients from prospect to customer.
