Our Freehab Crisis Residential Program offers a supportive, 24-hour residential environment for female adults transitioning from acute, short-term hospital care.

Job Summary: The Program Manager oversees the successful coordination and administration of the program. The Program Manager is tasked to provide leadership to staff and ensure quality clinical care and services to clients impacted by mental health and co-occurring disorders including stabilization, rehabilitation, and linkage to continuing services. The Program Manager ensures an inclusive treatment program and helps oversee all facets of the delivery with the support of ancillary departments. The Program Manager is also responsible for program administration including contract administration, billing, quality, compliance, and training in collaboration with Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a leadership position
1+ years of experience in a residential treatment facility (preferably mental health)
Licensed to practice in the State of California: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC
Knowledge and experience with DMH (Department of Mental Health) paperwork
First Aid/CPR Certified
Must maintain a valid California driver’s license, insurance and a driving record which complies with agency’s insurance carrier standards

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
