Compensation and Benefits
- Yearly Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Work Schedule and Environment
- Work Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Work Environment: Corporate office with provided laptop, printer, and cell phone.

The Role: Recruitment Manager
As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to build applicant pools, establishing trust and partnerships with managers, and ensuring a seamless interviewing and onboarding process. You will develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to meet hiring goals with the best possible talent. Compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise recruiters to ensure timely and effective recruitment efforts.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain applicant pools and candidate pipelines.
- Administer the interviewing and onboarding process.
- Ensure a positive new hire experience.
- Consult with leaders, hiring managers, and the HR team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Represent the company at recruiting events and provide presentations at colleges to increase awareness of the company.
- Maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports, and other staffing administration functions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a talent acquisition manager with 3 years in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Must be a US citizen or lawfully authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Strong planning, organizational, communication, writing, phone, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to anticipate future staffing needs and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
- Passionate about supporting clients and fulfilling the mission of TCS.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.
