Objective: Provide leadership in materials management, with focus on improving material flow, inventory accuracy, warehouse systems control, inventory turns and internal/external customer on time delivery.

Minimum Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Automatic Data Collection (ADC) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience
- Warehouse management systems knowledge, including best practices, systems design and implementation
Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills which include independent decision-making abilities, time management, problem analysis and resolution, ability to work in a team-based environment and influence others.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- ADPIC CPIM certification strongly desired
- Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience is preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Implements and manages inventory control policies and procedures as determined by Management.
- Implements and assures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures related to Inventory control across All warehouse operations.
- Provides subject matter expertise in researching and resolving inventory discrepancies between physical inventories observed in any operation in the Distribution Network and the associated system records/transactions.
- Analyzes and reports inventory financial results and variance analysis to Management on a timely basis, providing data critical to the management decision-making process.
- Publish Key Performance Indicator results and recommend areas of improvement to achieve KPI targets
- Provide leadership for all aspects of the warehouse to include training and development of team, performance management, team strategy and regular, effective communication
- Develop optimal inventory stocking requirements based on available space and establish inventory layout to support requirements
- Determine inventory movement and storage equipment necessary to support process flow
- Reconcile count variances and lead the process for improving cycle count accuracy
- Develop process for evaluating logistics partners. Determine time cycle for re-evaluation of logistics partners
- Work to identify inventory reduction initiatives with suppliers to improve inventory turns and reduce space requirements
Pay rate from $85,000 based on experience.
