Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develops and maintains positive tenant relationships with the primary objective of providing outstanding customer service at all times
- Keeps Property Manager well advised of changing status of projects, activities, tenant concerns, building issues, etc.
- Conducts quality control inspections of the properties with janitorial vendor to ensure compliance of standard
- Assist with the scheduling and supervision of the third party vendors that provide janitorial, security, elevator, landscaping and other services
- Assist with delinquencies
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets, monitor all expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance with budget action plan
- Prepare year end accruals
- Assist with property and retail inspections
- Procure and review proposals from contractors/vendors and prepares requisitions, service orders, bid sheets and contract packages
- Processes invoices and prepares payment vouchers
- Disseminates correspondence to tenants and staff regarding planned activities at the property
- Maintains a professional image and positive attitude, setting a good example for other employees
- Assume responsibility for building in Property Manager’s absence
Qualifications:
- 2 Years’ experience in commercial property management. Class-A experience preferred.
•Ability to organize, manage, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Detail oriented
