Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person- Greet and assists customers with needs or inquiries. Write violation letters from template provided. Proofread documents for accuracy. Qualifications:- Experience in a real estate or accounting office is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail is a must.
