Airosmith Engineering is currently seeking a full-time A&E Manager to join their Engineering division. This position is responsible for managing clients, project engineers, designers and engineering production A&E Services activities within the wireless telecommunications industry. Duties include but are not limited to managing client expectations and project development, ordering services, scheduling tracking, mastering appropriate standards and customer requirements, employee training and development, developing tools and templates, and final deliverable QAQC.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and/or budget all internal & external activities concerned with the management of assigned A&E projects with a proactive approach.
- Define scope of services for the project and identify anything that is out of scope.
- Manage assigned production staff including engineers, designers and coordinators.
- Interact directly with Production Managers to ensure all client expectations are met within required timelines.
- Act as the technical lead for production staff, to include training, problem solving, and
- performing the final QA/QC of production deliverables.
- Manage project activities ensuring scope, schedule and budget are in line with client
- objectives.
- Coordinate sites with all third-party vendors and disciplines as required.
- Provide timelines and forecasts for A&E deliverables.
- Design Visits with clients and professionals
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience providing telecom-related A&E services required.
- Knowledge and experience performing A&E services within the wireless telecommunications industry required.
- Implementation of scheduling and project management processes.
- Understanding of customer and jurisdictional requirements as they pertain to the content within A&E deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD required.
- Excellent communication, strong time management, organizational, self-motivated, problem solving, solution driven, independent thinking and decision-making skills required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, in Engineering or Architecture degree preferred.
