Job Description
Leading liquid packaging machinery manufacturer in La Porte, Indiana is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the liquid packaging machinery industry, and is a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. This position will be responsible for developing new business within the assigned territory, and will report directly to the President of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales through new business
- Identify and develop new business within assigned territory
- Manage and execute sales strategy to achieve sales goals
- Conduct regular door-to-door sales efforts to drive customer acquisition
- Oversee existing customer accounts to ensure proper servicing and follow-up on existing customer requests or suggestions
- Analyze current accounts to identify opportunities for new product launches, or market expansion, or market re-organization
- Prepare sales presentations and forecasts for the Sales Manager, including forecast analysis, and financial projections
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including forecasting.
- Other duties as assigned by the President of the company

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
