Role and Responsibilities
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- Perform customer follow-up calls.
- Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve issues with 1st call resolution.
- Adapt daily to business needs and adjust schedule accordingly.
- Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience
- 1+ years of customer service
- Service Titan experience a plus
