Clutch is looking for VP of Marketing Analytics for a pharmaceutical agency client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Craft measurement frameworks: Turn data analysis into practical marketing strategies.
- Architect data infrastructure: Design and manage data collection & integration for comprehensive analysis, ensuring data quality.
- Drive client communication: Lead the creation of user-friendly dashboards & reports for insightful client briefings.
- Champion campaign success: Spearhead the development & use of KPIs, ROI models, & predictive models to optimize and plan campaigns.
- Unify data storytelling: Present data with compelling visuals to lead clients to clear conclusions & insights.
- Maximize client ROI: Continuously refine marketing mix models for maximized client return on investment.
- Track marketing effectiveness: Oversee multi-touch attribution modeling for relevant campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional client service: Manage client needs, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time & within budget.
- Champion data-driven culture: Advocate for internal process improvement to foster efficient & high-quality marketing intelligence.
- Future-proof your team: Identify emerging trends and technologies to enhance marketing analytics capabilities.
- Lead with purpose: Lead a data-driven marketing team, fostering a growth mindset and cultivating expertise.
- Empower your team: Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to empower junior team members.
- Build a strong team: Build & nurture a diverse and inclusive team environment.
Requirements:
- Marketing analytics expertise: 10+ years of experience in advertising or marketing agency settings.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge: Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience required.
- Proven leadership: Strong leadership skills, including team development.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Quantitative proficiency: Proficient in statistical modeling, AI, machine learning, and forecasting.
- Technical skills mastery: Strong proficiency in Datorama, SAS, SPSS, R, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Hadoop.
- Communication excellence: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Executive-level communication: The ability to translate analytics into clear content for executive management.
- Academic background: MS or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
