Mark Vend Co. is a Northbrook, IL based vending and office coffee service company known for quality since 1962. We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual that will be dedicated specifically to one of our city clients. This role is full time, 40 hours per week and eligible for company benefits. Primary responsibilities
- Your day is dedicated to one of our valued clients, Kirkland & Ellis. They are located at 333 W Wolf Point Plaza in downtown Chicago.
- High attention to detail to keep all products organized by set standards.
- Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks - taking inventory of 11 floors daily, making multiple rounds on all floors to ensure all products are replenished in hubs.
- Clean and perform general maintenance of coffee machines.
- Comfortable with being on your feet the full shift, bending down into cabinets, & frequently taking stairs up/down.
- Place delivery orders into our system for beverages, snacks, and paper goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Organize and restock beverages, snacks, and paper goods.
- Maintain clean and tidy break areas.
- Develop a great client relationship, gather feedback, and help resolve issues.
- Directly and clearly communicate issues and solutions to the appropriate Mark Vend Co. manager or team to ensure that everyone is always aware of customer situations.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Schedule: Day shift Monday-Friday, either 7:30am-4:00pm or 8am-4:30pm
Salary: Starting at $18.00 per hour, Open for discussion for a higher pay based off experience

Requirements
- High school education
- Experience in stocking inventory a plus but not required
- Proficiency in database systems and email communication
- Efficient use of time at the client site each day while performing job duties
- Ability to remain empathetic and professional when dealing with customers or team members
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work on your feet, reach high and low, and some light lifting up to 50 pounds
