We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Proficiency in data entry and using various software systems
