The company is a manufacturer of soy and plant-based foods and ingredients. You will be responsible for handling customer service support by responding questions and complaints and explaining company products by phone and e-mail.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contact customers regularly via telephone, e-mail, letters and in person to ascertain their needs and keep business and information flowing smoothly.
- Identify customer needs or problems in a timely manner.
- Serve as a contact person for office management: calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, or evaluating new equipment and services.
- Prepare packing and shipping for all shping cart, and sample orders and ensure that orders are shipped out on-time and accurately..
- Keep the office environment clean and comfortable.

- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level is a big plus.
- Associate’s Degree (A.A.) from two-year College or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 6 months of related experience.
- Proficient with general office equipment including phones, fax, copier, personal computer, printer, scanner, etc.
- Able to utilize Software including the use of Windows operating system and MS Office.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients, internal partners, and teammates.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
