Position Summary
The Vice President of Enterprise Quality ensures that all products and services offered by Healthmap Solutions (Healthmap) provide the highest level of clinical value to customers and the company. The Enterprise Quality, VP is responsible for driving and overseeing the company’s quality program through the development and implementation of initiatives and projects that align with the company’s strategy and goals.
Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team to work collaboratively across Healthmap departments to identify best practices and achieve business targets

Drive quality outcomes to improve member outcomes while achieving cost avoidance targets

Work closely with the Clinical Operations and Product teams to identify opportunities for enhanced provider and member engagement

Oversee all aspects of the company's quality program, including internal and customer-facing activities and information

Directly responsible to maintain NCQA Accreditation for Healthmap’s Population Health Program (PHP)

Maintain continuous reaccreditation readiness for Healthmap’s PHP

Remain up to date with NCQA’s PHP Standards and Guidelines while providing education and oversight to Healthmap employees

Lead Quality-related delegation functions for all clients

Work in close collaboration with Compliance to ensure all Delegation responsibilities are met

Work with department leads to develop quality assurance (QA) processes that are clear, reproducible, and enforceable

Provide guidance and feedback for new technology features and functionality, ensuring alignment with regulatory and customer requirements

Lead continuous improvement activities throughout the organization, and identifying opportunities for improvement, in collaboration with clinical and administrative personnel, based on market trends and/or internal experience and business needs

Facilitate discussions with the Scientific Advisory Board, the Chief Medical Officer, and other key personnel to define evidence-based care recommendations and clinical tools to optimize the clinical effectiveness of the program

Perform other related duties as necessary and as assigned
Requirements

A Masters degree or higher in Quality Management, Regulatory, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or other applicable fields is strongly preferred

Strong working knowledge of NCQA and other requirements applicable to Healthmap
-
Clinical background preferred, but not required with appropriate experience

10 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance
-
At least five (5) years senior leadership experience in VP or higher role in fast paced dynamic environment
