Overview of the Position:
The Assistant Store Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service, achieve sales goals, cultivate a positive retail environment, and amplify our brand vision. The Assistant Store Manager must be efficient in retail store management functions including, but not limited to: Visual merchandising, inventory, payroll, scheduling, and marketing. In addition, they must have a passion for sales and service, the ability to provide on-the-spot direction and coaching as well as help develop and train a team through motivating leadership, feedback, and clear communication.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Partners with the Store Manager to hire, develop, evaluate, and coach a diverse staff to maintain a high level of service and quality to meet customer experience expectations.
Assists in inspiring, educating, guiding, and developing diverse associates to meet short and long-range growth plans.

Full-time availability, ability to work overtime and flexibility to accommodate staffing and business needs including weekdays, evenings, holidays, weekends, and coverage for last-minute staffing needs.

Pay Range: $23.09 - $28.86 - $34.63
Expected Pay Range: $23.09 - $30.79
