Account Executive / Business Development Manager
Reports to: SVP of Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Representative with B2B experience to build out and further develop our sales base in Light Industrial and Clerical customers. Responsible to create, maintain, and increase branch profitability by maximizing sales revenue and maintaining client relationships. Should be able to recognize opportunities with existing accounts for revenue growth. You must be high energy, passionate and have outstanding executive presentation skills.
Major Responsibilities:
- Makes outbound marketing calls, meets with new prospects and works to close new business.
- Prospects for new business, especially in the light industrial and clerical markets.
- Utilize Sales strategy that generates new high-volume customers.
- Familiarize and educate clients with current national and local employment market trends.
- Generate new business through market research, sales lead generation and networking within a designated market segment to increase profitable market share of the Branch.
- Consistently calling on new clients through outside sales, increasing staffing sales through the generation and development of new client accounts.
- Maintains current account information and competitive information within a designated market segment.
Hiring Requirements/Preferences:
- Min.3+ years of experience
- Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling and prospecting for new business and securing new accounts
- Experience in the Staffing industry preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work alone to achieve expected KPI’ s
- Reliable transportation - field activities required
- Friendly and outgoing attitude
- Creative, Polished and Critical thinker
- Bilingual Spanish a plus

Base pay range
$60,000/yr - $65,000/yr
