Position: Admin Assistant
We are an established security alarm company with over 30 years in the security and low voltage industry and we have customers throughout the United States. We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual, whom will work closely with the company’s owner and other office staff. The perfect individual would be very organized with the ability to multi-task, have experience with QuickBooks, knowledge of Human Resource procedures, and office experience with a professional attitude and work ethic.
This team member will be responsible for, but not limited to:
· Assist with daily administrative work and functions.
· Basic QuickBooks data entry.
· Maintain all security clearance & licensing database with expiration dates.
· Assist with travel arrangements for as needed.
· Answer multi-line phone system.
· General Office Duties as needed
· Maintaining monthly bills and Credit card receipts
· Collections
· P&L
Job Requirements
· Previous office experience.
· Self-motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task.
· Basic understanding of computers, computer networking, and multi-line phone systems.
· Experience with Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Programs.
· Successfully complete background check and drug screening.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
