Key Responsibilities
- Charting and Documentation
- Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient charts and medical records.
- Implement and maintain best practices for documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure consistency and quality.
- Nurse Oversight and Support
- Supervise and provide guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring all procedures and treatments are conducted safely and effectively.
- Verify that nurses adhere to established protocols and guidelines for patient care.
- Offer feedback and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in aesthetic treatments.
- Regulatory Compliance
