Industrial Engineer
This role will have the responsibilities to oversee, monitor, organize and implement overall Production Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties Includes the following (other duties may be assigned or removed upon requirement):
- Develop SOP, Training for NEW SOP and maintain SOP
- Conduct Time study to help increase production line with quality output
- Provide timing for each station to help securing maximum output
- Conduct exam paper for skill qualification
- Collect feedback from operator, Quality team, and engineering team to revise SOP, make process more human-friendly and efficient
- Evaluate process change request from PE,QA before release
- Evaluate and approve any document release to production line
- Provide SOP service for every department
- Execute quality control processes to resolve problems in production cost-effectively
- Develop full plan for new process implementation
- Manpower, Equipment, machine, space evaluation for new process
- Develop and revise SOP for new process before NPI, considering process, quality and timing
- Monitor new process implementation and collect issues to report to HQ
- Support new hire training and off-line training
- Support PE/QA for finding root cause to reduce Failure in our process
- Report daily task to supervisor daily
- Make sure the other shift is on the same page
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Detailed oriented, able to concentrate on the work assigned
- Able to use computer peripherals required to complete testing operations
- Excellent listening, oral communication skills
- Having ability to communicate and support other departments
- Need to have sufficient knowledge of the process on the lines already
- Require knowledge for MS Office
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or similar engineering discipline)
