As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. Compensation
Pay range is $19.50-$23.50/hr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
2 years of experience in cash handling required.
2 years of experience in customer service, referrals and sales required.
Retail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry preferred.
Extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services, and ability to comprehend and grasp finance and credit concepts preferred.
Must project a welcoming presence when interacting with customers.
