Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our ABA Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, maintaining schedules, and ensuring efficient flow.
Duties:
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper scheduling of procedures and consultations
- Manage patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for scheduling and record-keeping
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical records system is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with patients in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech Savvy
