**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients in buying and selling
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
**Qualifications:**
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Ability to understand market trends to advise clients accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Proven sales skills to close deals successfully
- Being multilingual or bilingual is a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Familiarity with property management principles is beneficial
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is advantageous
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable outcomes
