Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including customer service, production, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide leadership to a team of store clerks.
- Ensure that all garments and linens are processed according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Manage inventory by ordering supplies, tracking usage, and conducting regular audits.
- Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance and scheduling repairs when necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and develop staff members to improve operation efficiency and customer service.
- Manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
