About the position:
- Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Generate insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Participate in training classes to hone your skills.
- Attend Networking and community events to build relationships with the public.
- Learn day to day skills of being a small business owner.
Qualifications:
- Property and Casualty licensed (preferred)
- Comfortable dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity.
- Successful in meeting sales goals (2-3 years of sales exp. preferred)
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and listening.
- Goal oriented
- Competitive
- Able to complete and pass a background check.
