We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet clients and visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
