```Duties```
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to Real Estate agents and lenders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with Escrow Officers/Closers to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports Monthly to track progress.
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Title Sales.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
