As an N Titleist Branch Manager /Sr. Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for representing our family of companies to the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by putting the needs of our guests and customers first. To achieve this, you will build supervise the Houston - South Team and maintain customer relationships while managing and coordinating the overall closing process for transaction files.
Responsibilities

Ongoing display of leadership qualities to set a higher standard for the Houston - South Team, affiliates, customers, clients and all N Titleists

Ongoing compliance with all processes and procedures (internal and external) as an example for the Houston – South Team and other N Titleists to follow

Monitoring your workload and dashboard activity as well as the workload and dashboard activity of Houston – South Team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and timelines (with no overdue tasks), as required

Ensuring team member/work schedule coverage during business hours

Approving weekly hours worked, overtime (in advance, if needed) and approving paid time off (PTO) requests for Houston South - Team members

Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the annual Houston – South budget/business plan goals are met (or exceeded) and assisting with the annual development of future Houston – South plan budgets/business plans

Ability to perform closing duties and maintain a license as an Escrow Officer through the Texas Department of InsurancePutting the needs of our guests and customers first by predicting and satisfying guest needs, whether in-person or through correspondence

Ensuring an exceptional closing experiences for all customers & clients by providing the highest level of customer service and completing transactions in a timely, efficient and error-free manner

Building and maintaining new and existing customer & client relationships

Maintaining your personal ongoing daily task list (dashboard) within RamQuest all files with no overdue tasks

Attending industry, company & client events and meetings (including builder backlog meetings), as needed

Prior to disbursement: verifying all funds are collected and verifying all documents are accurate (including legal descriptions & names) and executed/acknowledged properly

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum of three (3) year’s title company closing experience required

Must be a licensed Escrow Officer or eligible for licensing upon start date

Prior working experience with RamQuest CCE is preferred, but not required

Friendly and professional attitude and appearance are required Excellent customer service and listening skills are required

Working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Outlook, Word and Excel) is required

Must be able to successfully pass a background check and obtain/maintain an Escrow Officer license through the Texas Department of Insurance
