RN Cath Lab/IR Manager you will
- Responsible for the oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the department.
- Works with both staff and patients to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
- Enforces evidence-based policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Supervises staff; assists in selection of personnel for hire; performance management and makes recommendations on discipline and termination.
- Responsible for executing strategic initiatives including but not limited to scheduling of cases, supplies and equipment, case turnover, intra-departmental handoffs, or patient discharge process.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate daily procedures, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Cultivate a well-staffed, engaged team across all departments under your purview.
- Champion productivity, while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Address concerns proactively and comprehensively, from QA to patient feedback.
- Play a key role in the selection, development, and support of our talented staff.
- Uphold hospital policies while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptation.
- Spearhead cost-effective practices without compromising patient care.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications
Licensure and Certification:
RNs, your state license is a must; non-RN candidates should hold relevant certifications (AART, ACVT, RCIS). ACLS and NIMS certification within 6 months of hire.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, radiology, or cardiovascular technology school is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Must be able to utilize independent decision-making skills in a wide variety of situations. Requires a high degree of accuracy in the performance of varied responsibilities. Computer skills are required. Must demonstrate strong process improvement, problem resolution and effective communication skills allowing effective collaboration with physicians, other professional stakeholders, community individuals and volunteers.

3-5 years of demonstrated experience in cardiovascular services, ideally experience in Special Procedures, Cardiac Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology.
Ideally 1+ years of healthcare supervisory experience.

Interested in growing a department. The RN manager will step in to do pre and post. Their are 2 rooms , one for Cath and IR. Min 1 year in progressive leadership in Special procedures. Great opportunity for a seasoned Cath Lab RN to move into a leadership role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
