We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with TCP/IP, firewalls, computer hardware, software, network administration, Windows Server, Cisco, IT infrastructure, DNS, various operating systems, IoT, and exceptional troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software
- Onsite support at client locations
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, etc.
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and networking concepts
- Familiarity with computer science fundamentals
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
