AP/AR Clerk Position
Looking for local Franklin TN candidates.
Position is a 5 day work week with a minimum of 3 days in the Franklin office.
Primary responsibilities are targeted at Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Issue invoices
- Reconciliation and booking of payments
- Weekly base check of all the overdue invoices and related actions for the proper credit collection
- Bring the overdue invoices problems to zero and keep consistently track of all the credit
- Track all the actions related to the credit collection in a timely manner till the final credit dispute resolution
- Prepare weekly reports for the management (customer statement, detail by invoice and detail of actions taken)
- Communicates department problems to supervisor and makes recommendations for changes.
- Maintains office, department and operational procedures and standards consistently.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality, ethical, and professional standards.
- Performs assignments accurately and on time, as directed.
- Maintains individual productivity and performance standards.
- Reports to work, meetings and professional obligations on time.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to influence continuous improvements in department’s efficiency and services performed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:
- Microsoft Office proficiency. Must demonstrate an at least intermediate level of MS Excel proficiency during the interview process.
- Preferred: Knowledge of SAP ERP
- Preferred: 3-years experience as Account Receivable clerk, or with some Customer Service tasks
- Preferred: already acknowledged of Home Centers procedures, working habits and standards required.
