The Role
The Fleet & Asset Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing our fleet and tools used by PSI
technicians
Responsibilities
Fleet:

Update Service Titan with Trucks numbers & Technicians assigned

Maintain Azuga / Pedigree updates
-
Maintain safe driving practices reports with Azuga / Pedigree
-
Coordinate vehicles in & out bound
-
Coordinate the vehicle wrapping process
-
Oversee fuel cards from WEX and Cooley Mesa card updates and bills
-
Review and approve E fleet monthly billing for accuracy
-
GPS units - order, install, remove process
-
Accident & roadside assistance
-
Vehicle maintenance – tracking, scheduling, & managing mechanics & vendors
-
Create and update fleet processes
-
Manage and facilitate vehicle sales with controller
-
Update vehicle lists and distribution
-
Manage car wash cards
-
Manage vehicle accident claims and repair
-
Manage DOT requirements and training
-
Manage the maintenance of the heavy equipment
-
Manage weekly vehicle inspections, cleanliness and mileage logs
-
Forecasting vehicle replacements
-
Track vehicle registration and insurance with controller
-
Manage vehicle disposal with E fleet management
-
Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency
-
Provide reports to management team on budgets, schedules, maintenance
-
Set up interior of new vehicles for technicians
Competencies for Success

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Access, Word, and PowerPoint

Knowledge with Excel for reporting

Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with technicians, finance team and upper management

Ability to use financial metrics to accurately read and diagnose business performance. The ability to use all levers to maximize key performance metric outputs

Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving
