We have an opening for a sharp, intelligent, and skilled individual in the investment/economic area who can take charge of new projects that includes scaling our expansive library of written collateral across various platforms and use-cases in an effort to attract and reach a greater audience.
The writer should have proven experience reading, editing, and/or writing about the investment markets and the economy.
Responsibilities:
- Excerpt and repurpose materials we have written in our numerous publications
- Research, write, edit reports, e-books, and other publications on specific investment and economic topics
- Write articles to be widely published across various websites
- Edit, proof, and publish any and all content to be distributed
- Develop engaging copy about the financial markets, aimed at active traders, active investors, institutional investors, and family offices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Finance, English, or Marketing
- Exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills
- At least 4 years writing/editing experience required, preferably in economic and investment matters.
- Thorough understanding and interest in the financial markets (ie: Stocks, Bonds, ETF's)
- Must be detail oriented with ability to produce quality work efficiently and accurately
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Must be honest, ethical, and have a positive personality
