POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Vice President, Operations is responsible for efficient and profitable management of Powerback Rehabilitation operations. This position is also responsible for marketing Rehabilitation Services in the assigned regions. The Sr. Vice President, Operations partners with the Sr Vice President, Clinical and monitors the standards of clinical services being delivered and maintained in all programs. The scope of responsibility of the Sr. Vice President, Operations is greater than that of the Regional Vice President, both in size and responsibility.
Oversees management of all assigned Regional Operations.
Reviews monthly regional and outcomes and supports the Regional Vice Presidentin identifying strategies to improve outcomes as needed.
Assists the Regional Vice Presidents in identifying and removing barriers to treatment.
Takes responsibility for the development and support of Regional Vice Presidents to include rounding, second-tier rounding, coaching and mentoring.
Monitors the standard of clinical services being delivered and maintained in all sites and ensures an ethical and compliant product is being delivered.
Reviews strategic plans with Regional Vice Presidents to achieve the goals of Powerback Rehabilitation, and ensures that policies and procedures of the company are consistently followed.
Assumes overall responsibility for marketing the services of Powerback Rehabilitation within the assigned regions.
Accepts responsibility for meeting budgetary goals for the assigned regions.
Works with Sr Vice President, Clinical to strategically identify and meet clinical education needs, assure adherence to compliance, develop strategic programming for assigned regions.
Assures compliance (CI & Quality) in their regions.
Assumes responsibility for financial P&L for the assigned regions.
Conducts marketing activity in order to generate new business.
Assumes responsibility for revenue generation and expense control.
Develops and maintains relationships with customers and payers.
Ensures regions have the appropriate levels of staff to meet patient and customer needs. Ensures that customer expectations are being met and monitors satisfaction Approves Reviews with Regional Vice Presidents that they have appropriate staffing levels and the use of purchased services.
Participates in senior management meetings.
Provides orientation, coaching and mentoring to new Regional Vice Presidents.
Ensures and participates in orientation to new Clinical Operations Area Directors.
Oversees regional functions (ex., recruitment) at request of the CEO.
Assumes responsibility as Account Manager for assigned contracts and chains.
Performs other related duties as requested.
