Responsibilities:

Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus

Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart

Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient seating and service

Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up

Skills:

Previous experience using Revel POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is preferred

Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus

Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
