Job Description:
Industrial Specialties Manufacturing (“ISM”), a global supplier of miniature industrial fittings, seeks a high energy candidate who enjoys engaging with customers and proactively seek out new opportunities through various channels.

ISR responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactive outbound communication (phone/email) in volume to existing customer base utilizing targeted analytics and marketing campaign execution
- Closing sales: Negotiating pricing and preparing quotations to close account sales
- Responding to customer inquiries (via phone & email) concerning existing orders, sample requests, delivery confirmations, and stock/pricing inquiries.
- Tracking daily, weekly, monthly performance and sales metrics
- Building sales pipeline to grow sales
- Populating customer information, part numbers, pricing, and other data into our CRM
- Participating as backup support for our account executives during their time out of office.
- Engaging with manufacturing partners and our internal team members to collect necessary supply chain information (minimum order quantities, current part costs, and lead times).
- Continuously driving to improve the customer experience while fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Comfortable making warm calls and being on the phone much of the day
- Prior customer service and/or inside sales experience (2-3 years)
- Possesses friendly, energetic and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as being an active member of the team
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Able to quickly learn to navigate and use our company’s order-entry system & CRM
- Exceptionally detail oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a “do-what-it-takes” perspective, and ability to be a strong team player
- Ability to work Monday – Friday in our Englewood, Colorado office
Target Total Annual Compensation Range (including variable incentives):
$55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
