**This role is an on-site role -- Must be located in High Point area**
HR Business Partner (High Point, NC):
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience in an environment such as manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, etc.
- Should have strong excel and systems experience.
- Must be comfortable handling multiple sites.
- Must have experience in all areas of daily HR Management, and be able to identify, and help problem solve, any issues that arise.
- Must have prior experience with handling workers comp issues and hourly wage employees.
- Must be open to some regional travel.
- Salary is likely $80k - $90K base + bonus, benefits, PTO
