Leatherman Supply is seeking an individual to join our sales team providing excellent customer service to our window and door customers. The candidate will work with contractors, homeowners and outside sales to identify the job specifications and to prepare project proposals using vendor quotation software. Will be responsible for accurate conversion of accepted proposals into sales orders using business software (NetSuite). The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction business. An understanding of how to review specifications and blueprints as it relates to windows and exterior doors will be key.

Job Duties
· Primary customer service contact supporting all field sales activities.
· Completing the steps of customer qualification, defining specifications and selection options for window and door projects.
· Learning and using vendor quotation software for proposal preparation.
· Communicating and answering customer questions about windows and doors.
· Accurate entry of Sales Orders for won proposals.
· Serving retail customers at the sales counter.
As these tasks are mastered, other operational tasks will be taught including purchasing, scheduling, and relationship selling. Previous job responsibilities will be reassigned as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
