Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare craft drinks and beer, maintaining a working knowledge of each menu item including ingredients and potential allergens
- Know and understand the fundamentals of our beers, attend continuing beer education
- Understand and process orders and payments on our POS system
- Work as a team with other staff to ensure a smooth and successful working environment
- Ensure each guest is treated with the best possible customer service
- Immediately report any guest concern to the manager
- Complete all necessary side work for each shift as determined by your manger
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Indiana ATC server’s permit
- Strong customer service skills and friendly personality
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure or when dealing with disgruntled customers
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with managers, and dining room personnel at all times
- Ability to be a strong team player and get along well with co-workers
- Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, use hands to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holiday
Education/Training/Experience:
Prior customer service experience
