Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality products efficiently.
Hours: 3:00pm -1:30a.m. Monday thru Thursday and OT on Fridays
Duties:
- Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on presses
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in press operation or similar manufacturing roles
- Proficiency in programming and operating press machines
- Knowledge of CAM programming and logic controllers
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and hand tools
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
- Familiarity with quality control processes
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus
