- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide exceptional service
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
```Experience```
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Culinary background or experience working in a kitchen is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
