- Assisting with scheduling of testing, referrals and procedures for clients
- Assisting medspa clients with scheduling, purchasing products
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby
- Assistinig with patient registration and check-in procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medspa/medical office operations
- Coordinating with medical staff for patient care needs
- Coordinating with medspa staff for client needs and assist with scheduling when needed
- Handling patient inquiries and providing accurate information
- Utilizing electronic medical record systems for medical records management
- Supporting overall office operations in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Proficient in using various software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive person who identifies and takes on tasks instead of waiting to be directed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medial procedures is a plus
- Medspa experience is an advantage
- Experience with Nextech, RxPhoto, Nextgen or similar clinic software is advantageous

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
