An established real estate brokerage is seeking a part time administrative assistant to work in-person in its East Brunswick Office.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Answering and Routing Phone Calls
- Producing Marketing Material
- Scanning & Filing Paperwork
- Greeting Visitors
- Keeping Inventory of, and Ordering Office Supplies
- Setting & Scheduling Appointments
- Data Entry
- Assisting Management and Agents as needed
Proficiency in Google Drive/Docs and Canva is Required.
Experience in Real Estate, Graphic Design and Social Media Marketing is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
