Employee Benefits Account Executive:
- Assist the Producer in servicing existing clients, maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and resolving complex product or service concerns
- Prepare and deliver client reports and consulting strategies using Scott’s data analytics platform, and develop custom client contribution models
- Develop and implement client-specific cost containment strategies, including renewal strategies for various health plans, and handle final negotiations of program renewals
- Communicate compliance topics such as the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, and ERISA, and identify additional revenue opportunities through cross-sales
- Develop and manage strategic project plans for client renewals, lead the team in deploying resources, and maintain relationships with insurance company underwriters for effective marketing processes
