Job Description:
As a 100% Commissioned Senior Recruiter, are as follows. You will be responsible for building your own clientele (no leads provided or job orders), skills marketing, contract negotiation, building and fostering new client relationships and providing expert advice on hiring strategies. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing, screening, and to the offer stages of the hiring process.
Compensation:
This position is 100% commission-based, providing unlimited earning potential. You will earn a commission of up to 65% for each successful placement. The more placements you make, the more you earn. All our recruiters are on a 1099 with no benefits.

The ideal candidate with have:
- $150k in previous Gross Profits billings annually.
- Established professional network (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and the ability to expand connections within the industry.
- Proven Recruitment Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a full desk staffing agency/executive recruiting environment with B2B sales.
- Candidate skills marketing.
- Experience with direct hire placements and the process.
- A successful track record of placing candidates in one or more verticals.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong sourcing and recruiting skills using various channels and social media platforms.
- Experience in managing the entire recruiting process from business development to sourcing to offer.
- Expertise in building new client relationships and providing strategic hiring advice.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
