Position: Electrical Logistics Coordinator

Summary Description:
As an Electrical Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities involve overseeing the preparation and processing of purchase orders. You ensure we have stock available to cover orders without delay and make recommendations for managing and stocking inventory. In addition to these duties, you may provide updates to customers, communicate with manufacturers, and plan with suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
· Tracking of electrical material.
· Controlling flows of equipment and supplies.
· Reporting to management.
· Coordinating with electrical/management teams.
· Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols.
· Training less experienced inventory workers.
· Compiling inventory reports.
· Addressing any problems, obstacles, or challenges.
· Forecasting future inventory requirements.
· Receive material into company database (CMIC/ProCore).
· Travel out of state for inventory control at various sites.
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
· High school diploma.
· Previous experience in inventory and logistics, 1 to 2 years.
· Knowledge of construction practices.
· Knowledge of electrical material.
· Osha 10.
· Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, and Procore.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
- Ability to work in extreme environments, cold, winter weather, hot sun.
- Able to work outdoors.
- Able to work out of town in rural areas.
Physical Demands
- Stand for long periods of time.
- The work can be physically demanding, and coordinators may be required to lift and move heavy objects.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position.
- Overtime may be required.
Travel
Willing and able to travel based on the needs of the business

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
